Your phone number is used solely to:

• Send requested surf reports when you text a command

We never:

• Share, sell, or rent your data to third parties

• Use your data for any purpose beyond delivering surf reports
• Store message content or conversation history

Data Retention

Your data is stored only as long as you use the service. When you text "forget me" or "STOP", all your data is immediately and permanently deleted from our system. You can opt back in at any time by texting a new command.

By texting 856-666-SURF, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Opt-In & Consent

This is an opt-in service. You will only receive messages when:

• You initiate a text command (e.g., "surf lbi")
• You explicitly schedule daily reports (e.g., "daily 6am")

You will never receive unsolicited messages, marketing texts, or spam.

Standard Messaging Rates

Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. 666-SURF does not charge any fees, but your carrier's standard SMS rates apply to messages sent and received.

Opt-Out Instructions

To stop all messages and delete your data:

• Text "forget me", "STOP", or "reset" to 856-666-SURF
• Your number and preferences will be immediately removed
• You can re-subscribe anytime by texting a new command

To stop daily reports only (but keep using the service):

• Text "daily off"
